Kick your metabolism in high gear

Sometimes we just need to kick our metabolism into gear so that it can work better and faster! Here are a few tips that you can use to help achieve that.

1. Include healthy fats into your diet such as: Avocado, dark chocolate, olive oil, coconut oil, natural peanut butter, flax seed, olives, soybeans, fish.
2. Eat small meals throughout the day
3. Drink 2-3 liters of water a day
4. Sleep 7-8 hours
5. Try to avoid restrictive diets
6. Try to include the following foods in your diet: Rasberries, salmon, Green tea, avocado, chilli peppers, flax seed, watermelon, chicken, almonds, apples, soybeans
