Pancakes are a great meal for lunch and dinner. I love making pancakes for an easy lunch or as a light dinner when we have guests over. This easy milk free pancakes are amazing seeing as it contains no milk and it can feed 5-6 people with.
3 Cups of flour
3 Teaspoons baking powder
a Pinch of salt
3/4 Cup of oil
4 Cups of water
Add all the dry ingredients together
Beat the eggs together and add it to the mixture
Add the water and oil into the mixture and mix everything together
