Smoothies are a staple for me when eating healthy and I created another delicious smoothie for you to try out, my Banana Berry Smoothie.

I have been wanting to create a berry smoothie for ages and finally did it. This is a great breakfast smoothie packed full of delicious ingredients that is easy to make, good for you and very filling!
Banana Berry Smoothie 2

Ingredients:
2 Bananas
A Cup of Blueberries
A Cup of Raspberries
1/2 – 1 Cup of Milk

Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a blender (or use a hand blender) and process the mixture until smooth.

Creating smoothies is really easy and I find the best ones are created with an easy recipe that is quick to make and easy on your pocket! I hope you enjoy this smoothie and let me know if you try it out.
