We all love having potato chips, but they are not always the healthiest and might lack some imagination. Here is a great recipe to make oven baked vegetable chips to mix it up a bit from the regular old potato chip, plus it’s not oil fried so it’s much healthier.
Carrots & Sweet Potatoes (You can also use butternut)
Preheat your oven to 230°C
Cut the carrots and sweet potatoes into thin strips
Smear a thin layer of olive oil on your baking tray to prevent your chips from sticking
Place your carrot & Sweet Potato slices on the baking tray
Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
