Banana & Flax Seed Oatmeal

Add something extra to your oatmeal by adding some banana slices and sprinkling some flax seeds over. This breakfast is filling and the banana adds a natural sweetness to the oatmeal so that you don’t have to to add any extra sugars to it.

Ingredients:
1 Portion of oatmeal prepared according to the package directions
1 Sliced banana
2 Tablespoons of flax seeds
