I’m not a very big fan of egg, but this is one dish that contains egg that I absolutely love. This is a very easy, healthy and filling salad that you can make as a lunch or a light dinner. Here is a recipe for an Easy Egg Salad.
3 Boiled eggs
1 Punnet of mushrooms
1. Cut up your Lettuce, Tomato and Cheese and add it into your salad bowl
2. Fry the mushrooms and let them cool down before you add them into the salad.
3. Boil three eggs and let them cool down completely before cutting them in half and adding them to your salad.
*This salad is best served cold
