Spinach & Mango Green Smoothie

Spinach & Mango Green Smoothie I have really become a huge fan of green smoothies and I’m having so much fun experimenting with all these different recipes. Today’s green smoothie contains two of my favourite things: Mango and Spinach.

I find green smoothies so nice and refreshing to drink when I get up in the in mornings and this smoothie is delightfully filling and the mango & banana combination gives it such a nice sweet taste.

Spinach & Mango Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Cup of mango
1/2 Cup of mango juice
3 Apricots
1 Cup of spinach
1 Banana

Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a blender (or use a hand blender) and process the mixture until smooth.

    How obvious is the spinach taste, if I may ask? I’m not really one for green smoothies, but they can only benefit my diet :)

      The spinach taste is actually not that obvious at all. When I was testing out this recipe I was quite scared all you would taste is spinach, but the mango makes it so delicious :D
