Having a good morning routine can give your day some structure, plu sit is a great way to start the day feeling awake and fresh! I make sure that the first hour of the day is mine so that I can start my day off right.
Here is my morning routine:
1. I get up at 7am
2. I do my morning exercises
3. After exercising, I drink my first two glasses of water for the day
4. I wash and moisturize my face. It is amazing to start the day with a clean and fresh face
5. I exfoliate my hands with a scrub
6. I exfoliate my lips and apply lip balm
7. I Brush my teeth
Starting my day like this leaves me feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on the world.
