DIY Christmas Tree Word Decorations

DIY Christmas Tree Word Decorations
With Christmas just around the corner it is best to start creating your Christmas tree decorations now. If you are tired of the same old decorations, why not try these pretty word decorations for your Christmas tree?

My mom made these gorgeous Christmas inspired words a Christmas or two back and placed them on the Christmas tree. The look that it created was absolutely beautiful and I have decided to share how to create these decorations with you.

Here is how you can create the word decorations:

Step 1 - Choose the words that you would like to place on your Christmas Tree. The words chosen here were all words that mean Christmas to us.

Step 2 - Choose your paper. The words will stand out more if you use different coloured paper. A more festive colour palette was chosen for these words.

Step 3 - Creating your words. It works great if you print your words onto the paper and then cut them out. Each layer of the word will be slightly smaller than the previous one, so that it leaves a border if you put them on top of each other.

Step 5 - Add your decorations. You can now add your custom decorations to the words. Here you can see the decorations consist out of cute little bows and some gem stones.
This is such a great idea for Christmas tree decorations as it’s something other than the same old decorations. If you re-create these I would love to see, so please tag Bobs & Rouge in your favourite social media or email me your creations!
