1 Cup sliced strawberries (better if frozen)
1 Cup fat free milk (Fat Free, Almond or Coconut milk)
1 Sliced banana (better if frozen)
2 Tablespoons flax seeds
Place all the ingredients into a blender (or use a hand blender) and process the mixture until smooth.
